Ian Beck was taught in art school by Raymond Briggs and has gone on to become one of the UK's best-loved illustrators and authors for children. As well as his children's books, he is well-known as the illustrator of Elton John's Goodbye Yellow Brick Road album cover! Ian has also written the much-loved book Samurai for Barrington Stoke. He lives in Twickenham.
